The St. John Fisher Council of the Knights of Columbus, based out of St. Luke’s Parish, will be hosting a fall parish picnic and cook-out for the whole parish family at Fort Washington Park on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 2 to 6 pm. Unreserved playgrounds and basketball courts are available. The picnic will be located at the Area B2 Group Picnic area. There is normally a $5.00 entrance fee (per car) by the National Park Service to enter; however, all Federal Land Recreation Passes are accepted. The Knights will provide burgers, fries, soft drinks, cole slaw and condiments. Bring relatives and friends and any additional food you like. Leashed pets are permitted. Alcohol,  propane stoves, or tabletop grills are not permitted by the park.
